My focus is to provide support for individuals to find healing and identify each individual's inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a safe "neutral" space, making my clients feel comfortable, listening to your concerns, identifying rooted issues, and processing to foster growth. I provide various strategies for processing trauma in addition to using traditional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
